Position of adjectives-
1. This is a nice pen. (Attributive adjective)
2. This pen is nice. (Predicative adjective)
Note:-
In the first sentence nice has been used attributively as a noun comes after it while in the second sentence nice is used predicatively as no noun comes after it.
